As an In-Home Sales Consultant (First Responder), you will be the first point of contact for customers facing water or fire damage emergencies. You will assess the damage, provide expert guidance, and close restoration jobs efficiently. You must be a self-starter, ready to respond 24/7 when on-call. Our structured training program will equip you with everything you need to succeed in this high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly respond to leads, day, night, weekdays, or weekends.
- Assess, inspect, estimate, and close sales for restoration jobs.
- Educate customers on their restoration options and payment solutions.
- Coordinate with field teams, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Update CRM systems promptly with customer and job details.
- Communicate effectively with referral partners and business development reps.
- Participate in weekly training to improve your sales and technical skills.
- Maintain a high closing rate (80%+ expected).
What We're Looking For:
- Construction/Restoration and/or Outside Sales Experience (Must have one, both preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, you love helping people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when on-call.
- Self-motivated and proactive, you don't wait for opportunities, you create them.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Tech-savvy, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Full Time Position
- Competitive Compensation at $40,000 Base + Commission (Earn $50,000 - $100,000 per year).
- Company Vehicle and Phone for work use
- Health Insurance Stipend. $300 per month after 90 days.
- 401(k) Matching. Up to 4% after 90 days.
