As our Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service while growing a high-performance sales culture. As the Sales Manager, you'll start by training in our First Responder (FR) sales role for one to three months to master our sales process and methodologies. Once fully onboarded, you'll step into the leadership role, managing and mentoring our sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee performance, training, and coaching of First Responders (FRs) and Air Quality Inspectors (AQIs).
  • Set clear sales goals, track performance, and implement action plans when needed.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with underperforming representatives to improve their closing ratios.
  • Provide weekly performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
  • Act as a First Responder (FR) or Air Quality Inspector (AQI) when needed, which may include after-hours work.
  • Lead weekly role-playing exercises to improve sales techniques.
  • Hire, train, and, when necessary, terminate sales team members.
  • Assist with appointments, conflict resolution, and business development events.
  • Train and oversee the phone sales team to ensure all calls are handled properly.
  • Monitor call quality, ensuring no missed calls or voicemail delays.
  • Conduct daily call reviews for quality control and training.
  • Ensure call scripts are followed accurately and optimize the call tree setup.

  • Excellent communication skills, both in leading a team and engaging with customers.
  • Extreme ownership mentality with a strong sense of responsibility for team success.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team while fostering a high-performance, accountability-driven culture.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to relocate to Bedford Heights, OH before starting work.

  • Competitive Compensation at $100,000 to $200,000, based on performance.
