As an Account Manager, you will be the face of CWFR in the community, building strong relationships with referral partners such as: Plumbers and plumbing companies, HVAC technicians, Firehouses, Insurance agents and adjusters, Inspectors, Cleaning companies, Property managers, and other contractors. This is a relational sales role focused on establishing, maintaining, and growing long-term partnerships rather than quick transactions. You'll be an integral part of our growth strategy. Learn more about us at: https://clevelandwaterandfire.com/ Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral partners to drive business.</li><li>Complete marketing and business development events both on and off-site.</li><li>Implement our multi-step Business Development program to increase mitigation job referrals.</li><li>Regularly visit referral partners as part of a structured Business Development route.</li><li>Cold call potential referral partners to expand our network.</li><li>Connect with insurance agents on each claim to build trust and generate new leads.</li><li>Commit to ongoing learning and role-playing exercises to refine sales skills.</li><li>Maintain and track monthly and annual goals for new contacts, accounts, and referrals.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Sales or Account Management experience. Proven ability to nurture relationships and generate new business.</li><li>Valid Ohio Driver's License with a clean record.</li><li>Comfortable working with blue-collar professionals, small business owners, and executives.</li><li>Self-managed and proactive. Must be a go-getter who takes initiative.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills. You can build rapport and influence effectively.</li><li>Excellent time and project management skills. Able to juggle multiple relationships while staying organized.</li><li>Integrity and reliability. Trust is at the core of everything we do.</li><li>Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You are always refining your craft.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Full Time Position</li><li>$50,000 base plus uncapped commission (Earn: $100,000+ per year)</li><li>Company Vehicle and Cell Phone.
