Account Manager (Business Development & Marketing)

As an Account Manager, you will be the face of CWFR in the community, building strong relationships with referral partners such as: Plumbers and plumbing companies, HVAC technicians, Firehouses, Insurance agents and adjusters, Inspectors, Cleaning companies, Property managers, and other contractors. This is a relational sales role focused on establishing, maintaining, and growing long-term partnerships rather than quick transactions. You'll be an integral part of our growth strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral partners to drive business.
- Complete marketing and business development events both on and off-site.
- Implement our multi-step Business Development program to increase mitigation job referrals.
- Regularly visit referral partners as part of a structured Business Development route.
- Cold call potential referral partners to expand our network.
- Connect with insurance agents on each claim to build trust and generate new leads.
- Commit to ongoing learning and role-playing exercises to refine sales skills.
- Maintain and track monthly and annual goals for new contacts, accounts, and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Sales or Account Management experience. Proven ability to nurture relationships and generate new business.
- Valid Ohio Driver's License with a clean record.
- Comfortable working with blue-collar professionals, small business owners, and executives.
- Self-managed and proactive. Must be a go-getter who takes initiative.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills. You can build rapport and influence effectively.
- Excellent time and project management skills. Able to juggle multiple relationships while staying organized.
- Integrity and reliability. Trust is at the core of everything we do.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to adapt and navigate business challenges.
- A passion for continuous learning and improvement. You are always refining your craft.
Compensation:
- Full Time Position
- $50,000 base plus uncapped commission (Earn: $100,000+ per year)
- Company Vehicle and Cell Phone. No need to use your own
